Description: The Constellation which marks “Orion the Hunter” is seen lying horizontally over the plains of the Serengeti, Tanzania, with the bright star Sirius at the top left. In the UK, this constellation is seen upright, with the Sirius closer to the horizon. All the stars in this painting are placed in accurate positions as seen from Serengeti.
